Let me start with, your information is safe. We did not get hacked or lose any data, we had a hardware update and the transfer corrupted some data that was unrecoverable. We have the database of the previous website with customer information, but we never stored any payment information. While we have updated the website, if you previously had an account you will notice that you no longer have an account. While we work to update the website moving forward we will be working to add those accounts and information back in.
